Iām Callum ā a former apprentice turned Project Engineer, now a Performance Coach.
Before coaching, I spent a decade in engineering.
I began as an apprentice, qualified as an electrician, progressed through multiple technical roles and eventually became a Project Engineer ā responsible for delivering complex infrastructure projects.
Long before that, I studied Sports Science at college. Performance was always the interest. Engineering became the career.
What engineering taught me was this: systems outperform motivation.
Today, I apply that same structured thinking to performance coaching ā helping busy professionals build strength, reduce body fat and improve conditioning through deliberate, sustainable systems.
No extremes. No chaos. Just engineered progress.
